Full-Time Staff Pharmacist Temp to Perm Opportunity at Specialty Pharmacy in Bryan, TX

Position: Pharmacist
Location: Bryan, TX
Contract Duration: 13+ weeks with potential for permanent placement
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (9 AM - 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pharmacy operations, including overseeing staff and managing inventory.
• Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations and legal standards.
• Offer clinical support and conduct thorough medication therapy evaluations.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Supervise the compounding, dispensing, and counseling processes for medications.
• Monitor medication usage and advocate for cost-effective prescribing practices.
• Keep abreast of new pharmaceuticals and changes in regulations, ensuring precise documentation.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree with a valid pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a pharmacist.
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and team management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
