Schedule:

• Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
• Saturday Sunday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Hours: Variable, 38 hours/week

What You ll Be Doing:

• Supervise pharmacy operations: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and board of pharmacy regulations, as well as company policies.
• Financial management: Oversee pharmacy budget, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory to drive the financial health of the department.
• Leadership: Manage pharmacy staff, including conducting job performance reviews, training, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
• Business Development: Participate in activities to promote business growth within the store and the community.
• Patient Care: Counsel patients and medical providers on drug usage, dosage, interactions, and side effects. Monitor patient health and ensure therapy compliance.
• Immunizations: Participate in immunization services, including administering vaccines, and provide other patient-centered services like MTM and wellness programs.
• Quality Improvement: Contribute to continuous quality improvement programs aimed at enhancing patient safety and service delivery.
• Workstation and Facility Management: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure the pharmacy operates in line with legal and company standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• Valid New York Pharmacist License
• Immunization Certification (Required)
• Comfortable Administering All Vaccines (Required)
• Experience in managing pharmacy operations and providing excellent patient care is preferred.
