We re seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist for a 2nd shift position in a long-term care environment in Louisville, KY. This role is full-time Monday through Friday with a weekend shift. Long Term Care experience is a plus.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift (12:30 PM - 11:00 PM); Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Weekend 12 hour shift can be flexible)

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy experience required
  • Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
  • Familiarity with DocuTrack/Frameworks a plus
  • Active Kentucky pharmacy license
