Staff Pharmacist Full Time

Join our team as a Staff Pharmacist, where you ll oversee daily operations and ensure the highest level of service in our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy technicians and maintain a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure prescriptions are dispensed with precision and adherence to regulations.
• Balance and maintain inventory stock levels.
• Perform MT and IMMR.
• Oversee and streamline pharmacy operations to meet organizational goals.
• Utilize professional judgment to manage complex pharmacy operations.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear New York Pharmacist License (required).
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience; LTC experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to lead a team and interact with customers effectively.
