Position Details

• Term: 8 weeks (contract only, potential for extension)

• Shift Options: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM or 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform final verification and quality assurance on IV medications, including TPNs and sterile compounds.
• Ensure all compounded medications meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations for home infusion therapy.

Requirements

• Active and clear Alabama pharmacist license.
• Recent sterile compounding experience in a hospital or home infusion setting.
• Retail-only experience will not be considered.
