We are seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our innovative long-term care pharmacy team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional pharmaceutical care and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Review prescriptions for accuracy and compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians to ensure seamless dispensing workflows.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records to uphold regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to pharmacy operations during daytime shifts.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Indiana Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care pharmacy operations preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical standards and compliance guidelines.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Shift Information:

• Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Rotating weekends and holiday coverage as needed.
