A long-term care pharmacy in Indianapolis, IN, is looking for a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join their team. This 12-week contract offers a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating weekends and holidays, plus the potential to transition into a permanent role. • 2:30 PM 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
• 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
• Rotating weekends and holidays required
• Duration: 12-week contract with the possibility of long-term placement

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately review, prepare, and dispense medications for long-term care patients.
• Verify prescriptions for proper dosage, potential interactions, and patient safety.
• Provide oversight and guidance to pharmacy staff while ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Prior long-term care experience is a plus but not required.
