Staff Pharmacist - Inpatient, 7-On/7-Off Evenings (1 PM - 9 PM) - Hillsdale, MI (13-Week Contract)

We are seeking a licensed pharmacist for a 13-week inpatient hospital assignment in Michigan. This role follows a 7-on, 7-off evening schedule, providing pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting with a census of 20-35 patients.

Schedule: 7-on, 7-off (Monday - Sunday) rotation.

• Monday - Friday: 1 PM - 9 PM
• Saturday: 8 AM - 6 PM, plus on-call from 6 PM - 8 AM
• Sunday: 8 AM - 6 PM, plus on-call from 6 PM - 8 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Order verification, IV verification, IV dosing, and medication dosing.
• Serve as the medication expert for clinical staff.
• Work with 1-5 pharmacy technicians completing order entry.

Environment & Systems:

• Hospital setting with a census of 20-35 patients.
• Computer system: CPSI.
• Automation: Omnicell.

Requirements:

• Hospital pharmacy experience.
• CPSI experience preferred.
• Active Michigan pharmacy license.
