RPh on the Go is seeking a skilled, licensed pharmacist for a contract-to-hire position at a closed door 503B pharmacy in Kennett Square, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists ready to leave behind retail settings and work in a highly regulated, compliance-driven environment that prioritizes patient safety and accuracy.

In this role, you will oversee the fulfillment of prescriptions, ensure all orders meet regulatory standards, and collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth operations. The focus will be on maintaining compliance, verifying medication accuracy, and ensuring safe distribution practices. Additionally, you may provide counseling on medication use when required.

Key Details:

• Shift Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 6:00 am 2:30 pm or 3:00 pm 11:30 pm (priority)

• Additional daytime hours: 8:00 am 4:30 pm

• Weekend shifts required (Saturday or Sunday, rotating schedule)

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License

• Experience in a closed door or high-volume pharmacy setting is preferred

• Strong knowledge of federal and state pharmacy regulations

• Exceptional attention to detail, especially in documentation and medication verification

• Compounding experience is a plus but not a requirement
