Staff Pharmacist - Lexington, KY

RPh on the Go is seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist for an 8-week assignment in Louisville, Kentucky, with the possibility of direct hire. This role is in a Long-Term Care (LTC) environment, offering flexible shifts.

Position Details:

• Location: Louisville, KY
• Duration: 8 weeks, with the potential for direct hire
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • First Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Mid Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care in an LTC setting
• Accurately verify and dispense medications
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain adherence to all state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Kentucky Pharmacist license
• Pharmacy experience required
• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is a plus
• Experience with DocuTrack/Frameworks is a plus
