Position: Staff Pharmacist (2nd Shift) 12-Week Contract, Potential Direct Hire
Location: Louisville, KY | Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 2nd Shift (12:30 PM 11:00 PM)
Weekend Requirement: Saturday availability from 9:00 AM 9:00 PM (12-hour shift preferred; flexible 6, 8, or 10-hour shifts available)

About the Role:
Are you a skilled pharmacist with experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) settings? We re offering a unique 12-week contract position with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a structured LTC environment, ensuring optimal patient care while enjoying the benefits of a stable second shift schedule.

What You ll Bring to the Table:

• Pharmacy Expertise: Proven experience in pharmacy practice and patient-centered care.
• LTC Experience: Familiarity with Long-Term Care settings is advantageous but not required.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with DocuTrack/Frameworks is preferred, but training may be available.
• Licensing: Active Kentucky pharmacy license required.
