Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, 13-week contract-to-hire
• Location: Lancaster, PA
• Setting: Long-term care facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify, prepare, and dispense medications.
• Provide clinical guidance and consultations to healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Oversee and assist pharmacy technicians with daily operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory to ensure the availability of necessary medications.

Pharmacy Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 9:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Sunday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Requirements:

• LTC Experience a plus
• A year of pharmacy experience min
• PA clear and active license
