Staff Pharmacist (Long-Term Care) Memphis, TN

We are seeking a Tennessee licensed Pharmacist for a 12-week contract-to-hire position in a long-term care mail order pharmacy in Memphis.

Schedule: Monday Friday, Mid-shift (10:00 AM 7:00 PM); possible rotating weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and interpreting prescriptions to ensure appropriate medication therapy for patients.
• Providing medication counseling to patients on proper usage, side effects, and precautions.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication regimens and ensure safe and effective treatment.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience.
• Long term care pharmacy or retail experience.
• Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of Tennessee.
