Staff Pharmacist (Long-Term Care) - Milwaukee WI

We are urgently seeking an experienced pharmacist to join a long-term care facility in Milwaukee, WI. This role offers a stable Monday-Friday day shift and the potential for long-term or direct hire placement in a specialized LTC pharmacy setting.

Job Details:

• The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• The setting is a long-term care pharmacy.
• The duration of the contract is 12 or more weeks with the potential for direct hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and dispense medications in a long-term care environment.
• Compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations is required.
• Collaboration with healthcare professionals is essential to ensure optimal patient care.
• Accurate medication records and documentation must be maintained.

Qualifications:

• An active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license is required.
• Previous pharmacy experience is necessary, and long-term care experience is a plus.
