Staff Pharmacist Louisville, KY

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist for a 12-week contract assignment in Louisville, KY. This position offers a chance for direct hire based on performance and needs.

Assignment Details

• Shift:
  • Monday Friday: 2nd Shift (12:30 PM 11:00 PM)
  • Saturday Shift: 9:00 AM 9:00 PM (12-hour shift preferred, but can accommodate 6, 8, or 10 hours)
• Environment: Long-Term Care (LTC)

Duties

• Verify and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide patient counseling and support for medication-related inquiries.
• Assist in managing pharmacy operations and coordinating medication therapies.

Requirements

• Licensure: Active Kentucky Pharmacist License.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience.
  • LTC experience preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with DocuTrack and Frameworks systems a plus.
