Contract Length: 12 Weeks with Potential for Direct Hire

Location: Louisville, KY
Work Environment: Long-Term Care (LTC) Pharmacy

Shift Information:

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 12:30 PM to 11 PM
• Weekend Availability: Saturdays from 9 AM to 9 PM (Preference for 12-hour shifts; flexibility for 6, 8, or 10-hour shifts available)

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience in pharmacy practice is required.
• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of DocuTrack/Frameworks is desirable.
• Must possess a valid Kentucky pharmacy license.
