Staff Pharmacist LTC Mail Order | 12-Week Contract | Utah

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist for a 12-week contract position in a Long-Term Care (LTC) Mail Order pharmacy setting. This opportunity offers consistent full-time hours and the chance to work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:

• Location: Utah

• Environment: LTC Mail Order

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM

• Rotating weekends: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Duration: 12 weeks

Requirements:

• Active Utah Pharmacist license

• Pharmacy experience required

• LTC pharmacy experience preferred
