Staff Pharmacist (Mail Order Long-Term Care) Concord, NH

We are seeking a New Hampshire licensed Pharmacist for a 12-week contract-to-hire opportunity in a long-term care mail order pharmacy in Concord.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, rotating 1st and 2nd shifts, with possible weekends. (Pharmacy hours of operation: 8:00 AM - 11:30 PM.)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience.
• LTC pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of New Hampshire.
