RPh on the Go is actively hiring for a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join a community-based pharmacy in Kokomo, Indiana.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity located within a primary care office, offering a stable weekday schedule and the chance to become a permanent part of a patient-focused healthcare team. It's also a great opportunity for newer pharmacy graduates looking to launch their careers in a supportive, clinical environment.

Position Overview

• Title: Staff Pharmacist
• Location: Kokomo, IN
• Setting: Community Pharmacy inside a Primary Care Facility (FQHC / 340B)
• Employment Type: Contract to Hire
• Start Date: June 2025
• Schedule:
  • Monday Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am 4:00pm
  • Closed daily from 12:00 1:00pm for lunch

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription medications for collection or delivery
• Oversee equipment and supply ordering and inventory control
• Apply best practices for the storage and handling of prescription drugs and controlled substances
• Verify prescription information with prescribers when needed
• Maintain a list of approved drugs and monitor expiration dates
• Keep accurate records of inventory, patient data, and insurance claims

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Active and clear Indiana Pharmacist license (required)
• Immunization certification (required)
• Spanish-speaking skills a plus
• ???????Experience with 340B or FQHC settings is preferred
