Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and proactive Staff Pharmacist to join our team for a mid shift position (3pm-11:30pm) at our Long-Term Care (LTC) mail order pharmacy in Bethlehem, PA. This role is offered as a 12-week contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position based on performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications with precision and provide pharmaceutical care to LTC patients.
• Verify and review prescription orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient therapy and medication management.
• Maintain proper medication storage and oversee inventory management.
• Educate and counsel patients and caregivers as needed.

Shift Details:

• Mid Shift (3pm - 11:30pm), Monday to Friday.
• Rotating every 4th weekend required.

Requirements:

• Proven pharmacy experience in either a retail or clinical setting.
• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is advantageous.
• Active Pennsylvania pharmacy license in good standing.
