Staff Pharmacist - Mid Shift (3pm - 11:30pm) in Pennsylvania

RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist for a 12-week contract position with the potential for direct hire. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a Long-Term Care (LTC) Mail Order environment.

Position: Staff Pharmacist
Location: Pennsylvania
Shift: Mid Shift, Monday to Friday, 3pm - 11:30pm

• Rotating every 4th weekend

Environment: LTC Mail Order

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical care in an LTC mail-order setting
• Verify prescriptions and oversee medication dispensing
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience
• LTC experience is a plus
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy license
