Staff Pharmacist - Temp-to-Perm | Long-Term Care | Mid Shifts

Location: Plainview, NY
Start Date: ASAP
Length: 13+ Weeks
Shifts: Monday Friday, rotating weekends, 11:00 AM 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM 8:00 PM

Job Overview:
We re seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join a Long-Term Care pharmacy on a temp-to-perm basis. This full-time position involves product verification and cycle fills (approx. 100 items/day). If you have LTC or retail pharmacy experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product verification and ensuring prescription accuracy
• Cycle fills for regular patient medication schedules

Systems:

• QS1 Prime Rx, Doctrack (experience preferred)

Requirements:

• Active NY State Pharmacist License
• Recent LTC or Retail Pharmacy experience
