Position Summary:
We re looking for a dedicated Staff Pharmacist ready to step into a critical role within a dynamic pharmacy operation. This position offers a 13-week contract with the potential to convert into a long-term, full-time role.

As a pharmacist, you ll help lead the pharmacy team and ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency in all aspects of medication preparation and distribution.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and oversee pharmacy techs and data entry personnel to maintain a smooth, compliant workflow.

• Review all new prescriptions for potential contraindications, dosing concerns, allergies, or drug interactions.

• Support the handling, ordering, and accurate tracking of controlled substances including Schedule II inventory.

• Maintain security and operational standards in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

• Must hold an active, clear Ohio pharmacist license

• Experience in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy environments is preferred
