We are hiring for a Per Diem Pharmacist position in West Lafayette, IN, for dates January 31st-Feburary 14th.

Dates Needed: Jan 31st, Feb 5th-7th, Feb 12th-14th
Setting: Independent Long-Term Care Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities:

Pharmacy Operations:

• Reviewing and verifying prescriptions for accuracy and compliance.
• Dispensing medications and providing professional consultation to meet LTC patient needs.

Collaboration:

• Working with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Providing exceptional service and ensuring patient safety.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Prior LTC pharmacy experience preferred but not required.

Licensure:

• Active Indiana Pharmacist License in good standing.
