RPh on the go has partnered with a Long-Term Care Facility near Phoenix to help find a Staff Pharmacist to help with some prn coverage for 4-6 weeks. This facility is known for providing long-term care pharmacy services to healthcare facilities across the country.
Overview:

• Long Term Care Pharmacy
• 4-6-week Assignment
• Sunday 9am - 1 pm
•  Monday and Tuesday 8:30 am- 12:30pm
• New Grads Welcome to apply that have completed an internship.
• Some counseling

Requirements:

• AZ Pharmacist License (NO negative history)
• 1+ years of Long-Term Care
