We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our dynamic inpatient pharmacy team in Chicago, IL. This position offers a unique schedule of 7 nights on followed by 7 nights off, allowing for a balanced work-life routine.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the medication management process for hospitalized patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Conduct medication reconciliations and provide clinical support
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in an inpatient pharmacy setting is essential
• Licensure: Must possess a valid Illinois pharmacy license
• Shift Availability: Must be comfortable working overnight shifts
