Position Overview

Join our vibrant inpatient pharmacy team in Chicago, IL as a dedicated Staff Pharmacist. This role features a distinctive work schedule of 7 nights on followed by 7 nights off, promoting a healthy balance between work and personal life.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage medication therapies for hospitalized patients
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure safe medication practices
• Perform medication reconciliations and provide clinical guidance
• Uphold compliance with relevant state and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Experience: Must have prior experience in an inpatient pharmacy environment
• Licensure: Valid Illinois pharmacy license required
• Availability: Must be willing to work overnight shifts
