Staff pharmacist- PRN, weekends, Phoenix, AZ

RPh on the Go is looking for a pharmacist to cover per diem in a hospital. We are looking for someone who is willing and able to working every other weekend. 

Duties:
- Dispensing medications 
- Order entry 
- Verify 

Requirements:
- AZ pharmacy license 
- Previous hospital experience 

Schedule: 
- Saturday & Sundays - every other weekend 
- 8:00 am - 4:00 pm 
- Minimum of 4 hours each day
