Staff Pharmacist- Remote, CA

Job Title: Remote Staff Pharmacist
Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote)
Term of Assignment: Starting January, Immediate Interviews
Shift: Flexible - 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, or 9am-6pm

Description:
We are seeking experienced Staff Pharmacists to join our remote team in California. This position involves evaluating patient data, conducting medication reviews, and providing adherence counseling using cutting-edge software platforms. The role requires excellent communication skills, adaptability to new technology, and a commitment to optimizing patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and document patient data, prepare reports, and provide oral reports on patient care and team progress.
• Conduct efficient and thorough medication reviews and adherence counseling appointments.
• Review completed medication reviews and counseling sessions by other Virtual Pharmacist users as assigned.
• Staff various clinical shifts and collaborate with automation and new technology.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from patients, providers, and professional team members.
• Contribute to process improvement meetings to enhance workflows.
• Communicate effectively in both written and oral formats and provide daily sign-out when applicable.
• Follow up with clinics, providers, pharmacies, and patients to resolve issues promptly.
• Develop intervention strategies to optimize medication use, achieve quality measures, and meet established goals.

Requirements:

• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• CA Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Prior adherence experience.
• Recent high-volume retail experience.

Pay:
$54-58 per hour
