Staff Pharmacist - Long-Term Care Pharmacy
Location: Shiloh, IL
Employer: RPh on the Go
Hours: 30 hours/week - Ongoing

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Sunday: Emergency Orders only

On-Call:

• Sundays: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical care to long-term care patients.
• Verify and review prescriptions for accuracy and compliance.
• Counsel on proper medication use and potential side effects.
• Support inventory management and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Pharmacy License required.
• PharmD preferred.
• Experience with PioneerRx software is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or similar environment is a plus.
