Shift: Monday - Friday, Evenings (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM); Rotating weekends every 4-6 weeks

Job Overview:
RPh on the Go is looking for a Staff Pharmacist with experience in long-term care to join our growing team. This is a temp-to-direct hire opportunity, ideal for a pharmacist committed to providing high-quality pharmaceutical care in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications and review prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee and ensure the safe and effective preparation of medications, with attention to patient-specific needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care in long-term care facilities.
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide drug information to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

Qualifications Required:

• Proven pharmacy experience (long-term care experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Active Utah Pharmacy license.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work evening shifts and rotating weekends every 4-6 weeks.
