Staff Pharmacist : Salt Lake City, Utah

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist for an evening shift in a Long-Term Care (LTC) closed-door mail-order pharmacy in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a 12-week contract position with the opportunity for permanent hire. Ideal candidates will have prior pharmacy experience, and LTC experience is a plus.

Shift: Evenings (2:00pm - 10:00pm), Monday to Friday, Rotating Weekends Every 4-6 Weeks
Assignment Duration: 12 weeks with temp-to-direct hire potential

Environment: Long-Term Care (LTC) Closed Door Mail Order

Responsibilities:

• Verify and dispense medications in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure accurate and efficient workflows
• Provide medication consultation as needed in the LTC setting
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience
• LTC experience (a plus)
• Active Utah Pharmacy License
