We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team for the second shift.

Job Description: As a Staff Pharmacist at [Your Facility Name], you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dispensing Medications: Accurately and efficiently dispense medications, ensuring compliance with all regulations and facility policies.
  • Medication Management: Oversee medication therapy management, conduct regular reviews, and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize treatment plans.
  • Resident Care: Provide direct consultation to residents and their families regarding medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock, and order supplies as needed to ensure an adequate supply of medications.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Staff Collaboration: Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to residents.
  • Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to medication-related emergencies and provide critical support during after-hours situations.


  • Monday - Friday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
  • Rotating weekends.


  • Pharmacy experience.
  • LTC experience a plus.
  • TX Pharmacist license.
