RPh on the Go is hiring for a PIC or Staff Pharmacist for a full-time temp to perm position at a specialty pharmacy in Bryan, Texas. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned pharmacist looking for a long-term placement.

Assignment Details:

• Term of Assignment: 13+ weeks, Temp to Perm
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Duties:

• Oversee pharmacy operations, including staff supervision and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Provide clinical guidance and conduct medication therapy reviews.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes.
• Manage the compounding, dispensing, and counseling of medications.
• Monitor drug usage and promote cost-effective prescribing.
• Stay updated on new medications and regulations, ensuring accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree: PharmD with an active pharmacist license.
• Experience: 3+ years as a pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Active Pharmacy License in Texas
