Staff Pharmacist (Specialty Compounding) - Kennett Square

RPh on the Go has partnered with a specialty compounding facility and is seeking a dedicated Production Pharmacist in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. This role is a great opportunity for pharmacists who take pride in precision, compliance, and direct patient care. Key Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and ensure accurate prescription processing and documentation
• Maintain strict compliance with State and Federal regulations
• Assist with shipping and handling of prescription orders as needed
• Provide patient counseling on prescription, OTC medications, and supplements
• Support patient safety by identifying interactions and ensuring proper medication usage
• Contribute to the compounding process when applicable

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm
• Rotating Saturdays and Sundays

Requirements:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania
• Recent experience in a retail pharmacy setting
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with non-sterile or sterile compounding is a plus (Note: Exceptional attendance and punctuality are critical for success in this role)
