We re working with a respected compounding and retail pharmacy in Fort Myers, Florida that s built on personalized care, precision, and trust. This is a low-stress, full-time position for a Staff Pharmacist who enjoys collaborating with experienced technicians, supporting wellness-driven solutions, and being part of a practice that s deeply rooted in the community.
Support Team:

3 experienced pharmacy technicians

Each tech has over 10 years of experience and previously worked with the owner

All compounding handled by the technicians
About the Pharmacy:
This is more than just a retail space. The pharmacy is a respected resource for custom-compounded medications, specialty therapies, and functional wellness solutions. With a strong emphasis on USP standards, provider partnerships, and patient education, it s a go-to for integrative health in Fort Myers and surrounding areas.
Hours:
Monday Friday | 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (flexible scheduling available)
Your Role:

Oversee and verify compounded medications sterile and non-sterile while ensuring USP 795/800 standards are met

Double-check ingredient measurements, concentrations, and formulations

Maintain thorough records including batch logs and formulation documentation

Stay ahead of compliance on BUD, storage, and inspection readiness

Act as a patient and provider liaison to explain therapies clearly and confidently

Collaborate with ownership to explore new services and workflow improvements

Note: You will not be performing any compounding yourself
Qualifications:

Active Florida Pharmacist License (required)

1 2 years of experience in a compounding or specialty pharmacy setting
-
PharmD not required
-
Bonus: Willingness to expand licensure or leadership interest over time
