We re seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist for a second-shift opportunity in a Long-Term Care Closed Door Pharmacy setting. This contract-to-hire role is ideal for pharmacists passionate about providing high-quality care in a collaborative environment.

Position Details:

• Shift: Monday Friday, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM.
• Environment: Closed-door LTC pharmacy focused on delivering timely and accurate medication orders.
• Weekend Rotation: Possible based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions and ensure adherence to legal and professional standards.
• Provide oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy for patients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Support efficient pharmacy operations during evening hours.

Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Previous pharmacy experience is essential; LTC experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
