Staff Pharmacist Temp to Permanent Hire

Primary Duties:

• Lead and manage pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure accurate dispensing of medications.
• Maintain balanced stock levels and oversee inventory management.
• Perform MT and IMMR.
• Plan and achieve pharmacy department goals with a focus on operational excellence.

Requirements:

• A clear and active New York Pharmacist License is required.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience; experience in LTC settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to patient care.
