Position Title: Staff Pharmacist
Location: Gallatin, TN
Term: 13-Week Contract (with potential for extension)
Shift Availability: Flexible Rotating Schedule Primarily Evenings & Mid Shifts

• Weekday Shifts: 9:00 AM 7:30 PM, 11:00 AM 9:30 PM
• Weekend Shifts: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)
• Shift Length: 10 Hours
• Work Week: Monday to Friday with rotating weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Oversight: Provide accurate review and dosing of complex medication orders, ensuring optimal patient outcomes with pharmacokinetic calculations and TPN monitoring.
• Customer & Vendor Relations: Build strong relationships with customers and vendors to enhance patient care and pharmacy operations.
• Supervision: Oversee and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure efficient operations and quality service.

What We re Looking For:

• Licensing: Active TN and KY Pharmacist licenses (or willingness to obtain KY license).
• Experience: Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is a plus, but not required.
• Skills: Experience with Framework and Docutrack software systems is a plus. IV experience is preferred.
• Leadership: Ability to provide oversight and mentorship to pharmacy team members.
