RPh on the Go is actively seeking a Vermont-licensed Staff Pharmacist for a 13-week contract assignment starting ASAP. This is a day shift position with a strong clinical and operational focus in a hospital setting.

Job Overview:
Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, the Staff Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring that the drug therapy needs of patients are met. This role spans across five key areas:

• Clinical pharmacy

• Drug distribution

• Teaching

• Administrative duties

• Research

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing health care and pharmacy practice

• Participate in clinical decision-making and patient therapy plans

• Support medication safety, IV admixture preparation, and unit dose distribution

• Contribute to teaching and training within the pharmacy department

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation

Requirements:

• Active Vermont Pharmacist License

• Familiarity with CPSI/Evident systems

• Experience with unit dose, IV admixtures, and clinical pharmacy functions

• Strong computer skills

• Must be self-directed with excellent communication abilities
