Staff Pharmacist Virginia

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire position in a Long-Term Care (LTC) mail-order pharmacy in Vinton, VA. This role covers the 1st shift from 8:30am to 7:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, with rotating weekends. The position is a 12-week contract with the potential for direct hire.

Shift: 1st Shift (8:30am - 7:00pm), Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, with Rotating Weekends
Assignment Duration: 12 weeks with a chance for direct hire

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and dispensing of medications in compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Provide expert consultation and support to patients and pharmacy staff
• Manage daily pharmacy operations during the assigned shifts
• Ensure accurate medication therapy management and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience
• LTC experience (a plus)
• Active Virginia Pharmacy License
