Staff Pharmacist - Wilkes Barre, PA (2nd Shift)

RPh on the Go is seeking a qualified Staff Pharmacist for a 12-week assignment in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. This position is in a Long-Term Care (LTC) Mail Order environment with a 2nd shift schedule, offering the potential for direct hire.

Position Details:

• Location: Wilkes Barre, PA
• Duration: 12 weeks, with a chance for direct hire
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical care in an LTC mail order setting
• Accurately verify and dispense medications
• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care
• Adhere to all state and federal pharmacy regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
• Pharmacy experience required
• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is a plus
