We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our Home Infusion Pharmacy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for patient care and experience in sterile compounding. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify sterile compounded medications for home infusion therapy.

• Ensure the safety and accuracy of medication by performing final verification.

• Offer patient counseling to ensure they understand their home therapy regimen.

• Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care for patients.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Must have experience in home infusion or inpatient hospital pharmacy settings.

• Sterile compounding experience is highly preferred, but not required.

• A valid Oklahoma Pharmacy License is required in good standing.
