We are looking for a dedicated 503B Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to join our team in Dayton, NJ. This role offers you the chance to work in a highly regulated outsourcing facility, focusing on compliance and continuous improvement. You will play a pivotal role in helping ensure that all compounding activities meet USP 797, FDA, and other regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise sterile compounding processes to ensure compliance with USP 797, FDA, PCAB, and cGMP regulations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all state and federal regulations and communicate changes to the team.

Work closely with Supply Chain to optimize workflows and ensure the highest standards of product safety.

Support 503B product development by ensuring compliance with all internal procedures and external regulations.

Oversee Beyond-Use-Date (BUD) stock and perform quality checks regularly.

Create and sustain a culture of continuous improvement, coaching your team to reach higher standards.
What We re Looking For:

PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy

Active NJ Pharmacist License
-
Additional state licensure required in at least one of the following: AL, AR, ID, KS, MI, MS, NV, NY, OH, OK, KY, VA
-
Proven experience in 503B compounding and in-depth understanding of USP 797
-
Background in hospital, clinical, long-term care, or IV infusion/compounding settings is a plus
