Location: Dayton, NJ | 503B Outsourcing Facility
Schedule: Day Shift | Flexible Contract or Temp-to-Hire

We are looking for a dedicated 503B Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to join our team in Dayton, NJ. This role offers you the chance to work in a highly regulated outsourcing facility, focusing on compliance and continuous improvement. You will play a pivotal role in helping ensure that all compounding activities meet USP 797, FDA, and other regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise sterile compounding processes to ensure compliance with USP 797, FDA, PCAB, and cGMP regulations.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all state and federal regulations and communicate changes to the team.

  • Work closely with Supply Chain to optimize workflows and ensure the highest standards of product safety.

  • Support 503B product development by ensuring compliance with all internal procedures and external regulations.

  • Oversee Beyond-Use-Date (BUD) stock and perform quality checks regularly.

  • Create and sustain a culture of continuous improvement, coaching your team to reach higher standards.

What We re Looking For:

  • PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy

  • Active NJ Pharmacist License

  • Additional state licensure required in at least one of the following: AL, AR, ID, KS, MI, MS, NV, NY, OH, OK, KY, VA

  • Proven experience in 503B compounding and in-depth understanding of USP 797

  • Background in hospital, clinical, long-term care, or IV infusion/compounding settings is a plus
