Are you a skilled Sterile Compounding Pharmacist looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity at a reputable 503B outsourcing facility in Dayton, NJ. This role gives you the chance to contribute to high-quality compounding practices while ensuring compliance with all necessary regulatory requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise compounding activities and ensure they meet USP 797, FDA, PCAB, and cGMP guidelines.

  • Stay up-to-date with state and federal regulations, ensuring full compliance across all activities.

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations and timely preparation of compounded products.

  • Assist with 503B product development, ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulations.

  • Manage and track Beyond-Use-Date (BUD) stock to ensure it s always up to standard.

  • Foster a continuous improvement culture, mentoring staff and promoting high standards in all processes.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy

  • Active NJ Pharmacist License

  • Licensure in at least one other state, including AL, AR, ID, KS, MI, MS, NV, NY, OH, OK, KY, VA

  • Proven experience with 503B compounding and USP 797 compliance

  • Background in hospital, clinical, long-term care, or IV infusion/compounding environments is a plus
