Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge Day Shift - Plant City, Florida

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead operations at a 503B pharmacy in Plant City, Florida. This is a full-time, on-site position for a professional who excels in sterile compounding, compliance, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, including 503B requirements.
• Lead sterile compounding processes, maintaining adherence to USP <797> and <800> guidelines.
• Develop and implement quality control protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Train, supervise, and evaluate pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of compounded sterile preparations (CSPs).
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Florida
• Have a minimum of 2 years sterile compounding experience
• Have a minimum of 2 years pharmacy management experience

Schedule:

• Full-time, day shift.
• Monday through Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
