Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge Plant City, Florida

We are seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge for a direct hire opportunity in a closed-door specialty mail order 503b facility in Plant City, Florida.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise staff pharmacists, pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production staff

• Review batch records and associated documentation

• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards

• Assist in documentation and completion of Adverse Drug Event forms

• Hire, monitor, and terminate employees as necessary with CEO/President approval

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements following local, state, and federal laws regarding pharmacy practice

• Compound pharmaceuticals as needed

Requirements:

• Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Florida

• Minimum of 2 years sterile compounding experience

• Minimum of 2 years pharmacy management experience
