As a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and accurate compounding of medications, including IV medications and parenteral nutrition solutions. Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile compounding of medications following all applicable guidelines and protocols.
• Prepare IV medications, parenteral nutrition solutions, and other sterile products as required.

• Maintain precise and comprehensive records of all compounded medications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Pharmacist License.
• Proven experience in sterile compounding.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
