Sterile Compounding Pharmacist - Tulsa, OK (13-Week Contract to Direct Hire)

We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist specializing in sterile compounding to join our team in Tulsa, OK, for a 13-week assignment. This role offers the potential for direct hire and is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists looking to work in a dynamic home infusion environment.

Contract Duration: 13 weeks (with chance for direct hire)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)
Environment: Home Infusion

Job Details:

• Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM
• Start date: ASAP
• On-call duty every 4th weekend

Requirements:

• Experience in home infusion or inpatient hospital settings
• Sterile compounding experience preferred (will consider candidates without it)
• Active Oklahoma pharmacy license
