Sterile Compounding Pharmacist Tulsa, Oklahoma (No Weekends)

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a skilled Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to join a Home Infusion Facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmacist to provide critical compounding services in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compound sterile IV medications, including antibiotics, TPN, and other specialized infusions.
• Follow USP <797> and <800> guidelines to maintain a sterile and safe compounding environment.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians in sterile compounding procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of compounding activities and inventory management.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Qualifications:

• Home infusion or inpatient hospital experience.
• Sterile compounding experience
• On-call every 4th weekend.
• Oklahoma pharmacy license.
